I'm PJ, an aspiring author.
I love to tinker with words.
The power of language fascinates me.
WHAT DO YOU WRITE?
Poetry, picture books, and
short stories in rhyme and prose.
For children, young adults, and adults.
I adore whimsy and wonder.

WHY DO YOU WRITE?
I enjoy weaving words to create characters and tales.
I write to spark imaginations, fire emotions, and feed curiosity.
I hope my stories might strike a chord with someone, somewhere.
Maybe make a difference.
Oh ... and writing is wonderful therapy. I recommend it.
WHAT’S YOUR BACKGROUND?
Teaching.
Theatre and film.
I'm a registered clinical psychologist.
I worked in brain injury rehabilitation.
I've been writing ever since I could hold a pen.
(Before computers? Perhaps.)
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN NOT WRITING?
I play the guitar. Sing. Bushwalk.
Swim, snorkel, and kayak with dolphins and whales.
I read. I think about stories. I dream.
